Hi, I'm Lavinia and together with my family I personally look after OLEUM Roma Veneto. We are not a large hospitality business: we manage a single apartment in Rome city centre, at Via Sicilia 141, in the heart of the Ludovisi district. That is a choice, not a limitation — it lets us take care of every guest properly, from the very first question right through to departure day.
The apartment
We renovated and furnished this 75 m² apartment thinking about how we would like to find it as travellers ourselves: bright, generous spaces, two double bedrooms with comfortable beds, two full bathrooms, a genuinely well-equipped kitchen and a living area where you can spend the evening together. Every room has air conditioning, a Smart TV, free WiFi and a spot to work from, should you need it.
How we work
We answer every message personally, usually within minutes. Before you arrive we send all the instructions for self check-in with a Smart Lock, so you can let yourself in at any hour, with no waiting and no fixed time slots. During your stay we stay reachable: for a dinner recommendation, help with transport, or anything unexpected.
We welcome guests from all over the world — Europe, the United States, Korea, South America — and everyone arrives with different needs. Families with children, couples on honeymoon, groups of friends exploring the city, professionals on a work trip: we try to understand what each one needs and make it simple.
