Bookings on the website are made on the secure page of our booking system (Vikey), by card. You see the price summary before confirming.

Cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival.
Arrival and departure
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
How does self check-in work?
You let yourself in with the Smart Lock: before arrival we send you all the instructions, so there is no waiting and no need to arrange a meeting time with us.
Do I need to check in online?
Yes: before arrival we ask you to complete the online check-in with your guests' ID documents, as Italian law requires for all accommodation.
Can I arrive early or leave my luggage after check-out?
Message us a few days before: we check what is possible based on that day's bookings and give you a clear answer.
Costs and taxes
Is the city tax included?
No. The tourist tax is set by the City of Rome, is charged per person per night and is not included in the price: it is calculated during the online check-in.
The apartment
How many guests can stay?
Up to 5 guests: 2 double bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room, with 2 full bathrooms.
Is there WiFi? Can I work?
Yes, WiFi is free and there is a desk with a power socket for work.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, in every room: three heating/cooling units, for summer and winter.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes: bed linen, towels, a hair dryer and toiletries are included.
Does the building have a lift?
Yes, the building has a lift.
Can I cook?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped, with a coffee machine, kettle and dining table.
House rules
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Can I smoke?
No, smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Are parties allowed?
No. Please respect quiet hours and the neighbours.
Area and transport
Where is the apartment?
At Via Sicilia 141, 00187 Rome, in the Ludovisi district: a 3-minute walk from Via Veneto, 5 from Barberini metro, 10 from the Trevi Fountain. Map and distances are on our location page.
Is the area safe?
Yes. The district is home to several embassies, including the United States Embassy, and is watched over by law enforcement around the clock.
Is there parking?
There are covered paid car parks nearby, closed at night. If you come by car, message us and we'll suggest the most convenient one for your times. Watch out for the city-centre ZTL limited traffic zones.
How do I get here from Fiumicino?
Take the Leonardo Express train to Termini and then 2 stops on Metro A to Barberini, or a taxi. All the details are in our guide getting here from Fiumicino.
